It was 2011 when the terribly infectious song about a favorite day of the week took over our lives and became the earworm song that we couldn’t unhear.
Rebecca Black was just 13 years old when she became a national topic of conversation for her song, “Friday.” The song with simple lyrics and heavily autotuned went viral making it one the most watched videos on Youtube that year.
After her 15 minutes went away, Rebecca returned to normal life as a teenager in high school. She never gave up on making music because she’s back 6 years later with a new song called “Foolish.”
