The Most “Texas” Fix EVER happened recently at the Circuit Of The America’s $400 Million Dollar Track in Austin.
Marc Sherrin posted a video of the COTA (Circuit Of The America’s) Staff fixing a malfunctioning awning. One of the covers of the track grandstand area wasn’t allowing recent rains to drain properly, so what do you do – you SHOOT holes in it.
Officials said this was necessary to prevent the awning from failing and dumping water onto a track day session. COTA staff cleared the track so a security worker could poke holes in the awning with bullets.
TEXAS TODAY, TEXAS FOREVER!
