Lady Antebellum Tops Charts Going ‘Downtown’!

Lady Antebellum may be heading “Downtown” in their latest hit but the group is rising high on the path to success with their festive, fun and flirty musical tale.

The chart-topping hit is from their upcoming album “Golden” and based upon current success, it seems to be the perfect and fitting name for their latest body of work.

As a matter of fact, the single “Downtown” is already the group’s seventh career No. 1 song as well as their fastest-ever chart-topper!

The GRAMMY-award-winning group has racked up over 500,000 digital downloads for the single, making it their highest charting debut on country radio.

“Lady A” is composed of Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood. The trio made its debut in 2007 as guest vocalists on Jim Brickman’s single “Never Alone”, then went on to sign with Capitol Records Nashville and releasing “Love Don’t Live Here”.
