Are you exited yet for television’s biggest night in music? The GRAMMYs air Sunday and we are so pumped that we have the scoop on the GRAMMY pre-telecast to pass along to you!
Before the glitz and glamor of the GRAMMY award show, there is the GRAMMY pre-telecalast! Click here for the live stream of it and be prepared to see some of the biggest names in music perform as well as receive well-deserved accolades for their musical accomplishments.
The GRAMMY pre-telecast offers fans a front row seat into pre-GRAMMY activities. This year’s ultimate GRAMMY preview party airs at 5PM ET on Sunday, February 10 from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and will be hosted by David Alan Grier. Live performances will be from Tyrese, Elle Varner and a host of other musicians.
The pre-telecast is the non-televised portion of the show and takes place in the afternoon before the prime time GRAMMY awards ceremony. Usually, about a dozen categories are presented during the televised show, so the rest of GRAMMY winners can be seen during the pre-telecast.
Many see the pre-telecast as a “foreshadowing” of what is to come during the prime time show. Last year, huge GRAMMY winner Adele snagged two GRAMMYs during pre-telecast events. She went on to win big in prime time.
Be sure to check out the GRAMMY awards this Sunday in Los Angeles! The 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards air at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
