Taylor Swift Set To Release ’22’ From ‘Red’ Album [AUDIO]
Music’s superstar and “golden gal” (or …is it “red” gal?), Taylor Swift is reportedly set to release a new single from her newest album titled “Red”.
Swift who is nominated for GRAMMYs for “Record of the Year” with “We Are Never Getting Back Together”, “Best Country Duo/Group Performance” and “Best Song Written for Visual Media” ,will reportedly release the song “22” as the record’s fourth single.
Previous songs from her release “Red” reside atop of many music charts. They include: “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together”, and “I Knew You Were Trouble”.
For Swift, the title of the song holds special meaning for her: “For me, being 22 has been my favorite year of my life,” she told Billboard. “I like all the possibilities of how you’re still learning, but you know enough. You still know nothing, but you know that you know nothing. You’re old enough to start planning your life, but you’re young enough to know there are so many unanswered questions. That brings about a carefree feeling that is sort of based on indecision and fear and a the same time letting lose. Being 22 has taught me so much.”
Swift is known for songs that are narrative-based. Raised in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee at the age of fourteen to pursue a career in country music.
