How ’bout a threesome… of song that is? Country music’s leading ladies may collaborate on a song together and someone from the proposed “dream team” is speaking about the endless country musical possibilities.
In an interview with OMG Yahoo, Miranda Lambert would love to record a song with Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood.
Lambert, a chart-topper in her own right and signer of such hits as “The House That Built Me” and “Heart Like Mine” told the media outlet that within this vast and ever-changing music landscape, there is room for all three country music divas to do it big on a hit record: “There is room for [all of] us three [in country music]. We are all three different [types] of country — well Taylor’s kind of all over everywhere — but I think it would be cool for the three of us to collaborate,” Lambert stated.
In 2011, Lambert married fellow country singer Blake Shelton. She also released her fourth album, “Four the Record”, which includes the singles “Baggage Claim” and “Over You”.
Lambert, Underwood and Swift are all up for GRAMMYs this year.
