The 2013 Grammy Awards are set to take place in February and by the looks of things, it might just be an interesting show.
Last year, the always outspoken Miranda Lambert publicly slammed Chris Brown for beating his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Brown slammed back and a celebrity feud was born.
Since then, Lambert has once again decided to come out against Brown.
In the February 2013 issue of Redbook, Miranda talks about why she decided to make her feelings public.
“Yeah, I didn’t feel right about not saying something. The loudmouth that I am, I say what I think.” She goes on to explain, “I’ve got these pistols tattooed on my arm, for God’s sake!
“I wanted everyone to know that I don’t agree with the message it’s sending to young woman. It’s not okay. At all. To be celebrated after doing something like that.”
Despite the way it appeared, Miranda says there was never any real fight with Chris, ”There was no feud. I’m right, they’re wrong!”
Both Lambert and Brown are nominated for GRAMMYs so this year’s show may just possibly see some celebrity fireworks. The GRAMMY ceremony is set to take place in Los Angeles at Staples Center on February 10.
