Dear Diary,

I feel like the last couple of weeks are flying by and I can’t believe we are already making plans for the Rodeo. The line-up was announced this morning and once again, it is going to be fantastic. I am so excited and I am already getting ready for all of the upcoming events. First, there is Rodeo Uncorked, which is the food and wine event the weekend before cook-off.

Then we have cook-off, which is fantastic. I don’t know which bands we will have in the KILT tent, but they never disappoint.

And then, it is Rodeo time. This time of year is so much fun.

I chatted with Mellie and she said she would be more than happy to escort Chico to Houston. I am going to send her the Rodeo lineup to see which act she wants to see most and then we can work on a plane ticket and a plan.

However, because Chico is over ten we have to make sure he is good shape to fly. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
