Brad Paisley just released the video for his new single “Southern Comfort Zone” and it’s full of all kinds of far away lands and exotic animals. What fans may not realize though, is that everything in the video is real and not made up in some special effects studio somewhere.
During a Ustream chat with fans on Monday when Paisley officially released the video, he told fans a little more about the video: “An interesting fact about this video is that there is no green screen. The giraffe is real, every location is a real location. We flew 10,000 miles to do this, which is a lot of fun for me. I love to see the world. I’m in the right line of work for that.”
As for which animal was best to work with, that would probably be the giraffe.
Paisley also jokingly added (we think), that: “That giraffe was very professional. He was actually really a great giraffe. His name I think is Congo, and he was way better than working with Carrie Underwood. He didn’t ever sort of talk back. Even if he had kicked me, it would still be better than working with Carrie Underwood.”
