Trouble seems to follow actress and singer Lindsay Lohan. A Los Angeles judge revoked Lohan’s probation Wednesday afternoon and scheduled a hearing that could result in more jail time for the Mean Girls star.

Although 26-year-old Lohan was not in court on Wednesday, her attorney Shawn Holley was there to represent her. Reports indicate that Lohan flew off of to London and Dubai with rock group The Wanted to be by her alleged boyfriend’s side, Max George.

Wednesday’s ruling stems from misdemeanor counts of reckless driving the actress faces. She is also accused of lying to a police officer and obstructing an officer from performing duties after an accident. The Porsche Lohan was driving back in June crashed into the back of a dump truck.

Although Lohan told police in Santa Monica that her assistant was driving the car, authorities did not seem to buy the explanation. Lohan was on probation for being convicted of two DUI charges and the misdemeanor theft of jewelry. She is expected to be formerly charged with the three misdemeanors stemming from crash in January.

To add to her legal woes, Lohan is also is due back in New York court on January 7, 2013 for an arraignment into her alleged assault of famed psychic Tiffany Mitchell.
