Dear Diary,

I am loving this cold weather, especially since it is hiding my holiday treat indiscretions. I love putting on some wooly socks and a sweater and getting all cozy with the pups.

I spent some more time trying to track down addresses for my holiday cards. Who would have thought it would be so hard to get a hold of someone? I have tried all routes of communication: text, email, Facebook…I didn’t actually call anyone. Does anyone do that anymore?

I am so looking forward to our holiday break. We are taking a couple of days and going road-tripping to New Orleans. It is just a couple of days and we are taking the pups. We found a great dog-friendly hotel. Plus, I think some family friends will be in town the same time we are.

Tomorrow night is Ten Man Jam. I can’t believe it is already here. I am off to get my brows waxed with my gal April at Winkin’ Twinkies. Can’t go onstage with these two caterpillars.
