Dear Diary,

I had a good run last night. I thought I would take advantage of the weather since it is not cold at all. The high was 80-degrees yesterday. I also decided to push myself, since we have been eating so many holiday foods lately. People keep bringing stuff to the station, there are baked goods everywhere…even my German friend, Nadine, sent a chocolate care package. Mmmmmmmmmmmm…German chocolate.

I went 5 miles and my right hip is not happy about it at all. However, I don’t know what to do with that thing. This is the same area I busted doing that kick-boxing tape a couple of months ago. It aches when I don’t work out and it aches when I do. Well, I would rather be in shape and achy, then fat and achy.

Speaking of in shape, our company holiday party is tomorrow night. I have no idea what I am going to wear. Perhaps, someone else’s body.

I think am have completed my Christmas shopping. Jeff has to grab a couple of more things for family, but otherwise, it’s a great feeling. Thank you, Amazon.com.
