Dear Diary,

It was a good Monday, as far as Mondays go. However, when I got back to the house I was very disappointed to see that Javier’s stress colitis was back. After the first incident, the vet put him on special GI food and antibiotics. He finished the antibiotics last week and he seemed to be doing fine with no signs of stress colitis. The yesterday the entire living room was a mess. He was leaving a trail from one end of the room to the other, in the kitchen, by the front door…I ended up mopping twice.

Poor pickle, Jeff is taking him to the vet this morning. Hopefully, it is still just the colitis. I also hope Baby Girl doesn’t lose her mind by herself today.

I found an awesome gift for Jeff yesterday. I was looking and looking and finally found it. Then then morning, I get an email that it is back-ordered…which totally stinks. I am hoping they get it back in stock in time to get here for Christmas. It was my favorite gift to give him. Boo.

I really like picking the perfect gift for people. It’s one of the best parts of Christmas. I think that is one of the things my mom influenced in me.
