Charlie Sheen just gave Lindsay Lohan a check for $100,000 to pay off some of her tax debt. It’s not clear if it was a present or a loan, but she cashed it and it went straight to the IRS. Lindsay owes the government $233,000 from unpaid taxes in 2009 and 2010.
