Dear Diary,

It was a fabulous weekend. Friday, I had drinks with my pal, Tiffany. We met up at J. Black’s and played catch-up. It was so nice to see her. I reminded me I need to make a better effort at seeing friends.

Saturday, Jeff and I went for a run at Memorial Park before heading out to the Renaissance Festival. I decided to get into the spirit of things and dress up. I didn’t go too crazy, I threw on a corset over my billowy blouse and matched it with a flowing skirt.

Greg was a good sport as well, I had him try on some hats.

We had a great time. I just love all of the people-watching and all of the costumes people wear. Plus, the food is fantastic.

Yesterday, after Jeff got back from golfing we went to the store to get our Thanksgiving supplies. I know it is just going to be crazy at the grocery stores and I wanted to go before it was last-minute shoppers. I am just hoping we didn’t forget anything.
