Drug possession charges for Jon Bon Jovi’s daughter have been dropped because of the Good Samaritan 911 Law. She overdosed on heroin in her dorm, and then was charged with possession of heroin. According to the law, anyone who seeks help for an overdose victim cannot be prosecuted for having a small amount of heroin with them.
