Former professional wrestler Hulk Hogan has reportedly entered into a legal settlement with former friend and disc jockey “Bubba the Love Sponge” Clem, over a sex tape involving Hogan and “Bubba’s” wife.

A statement by Hogan’s publicist released Monday morning states that the terms of the settlement are confidential but yet settled.

A lawsuit was filed earlier this month stating that Hogan had consensual sex with his best friend’s wife, Heather Clem, six years ago in the Clems’ home; the lawsuit further stated that Hogan, however did not know that the sexual escapade was being videotaped.

On Monday, “Bubba” reportedly apologized to Hogan, and further stated that he’s convinced Hogan was unaware he was being filmed.

A lawsuit against the website “Gawker” is still pending. That lawsuit alleges that the site put excerpts of the video without consent from Hogan.
