Barbara Billingsley as her character Mrs. June Cleaver, from the television show “Leave It To Beaver”, that ran from 1957-1963.  Of course it has continued to be broadcast on TV for many years after that as well.  She was a fixture in my life, as I never missed an episode of the show when I was growing up in the early 70′s.  Mrs. Cleaver passed away at the age of 94, at her home in Santa Monica, California.

Tom Bosley played the part of Howard Cunningham (Richie’s dad) on the television show “Happy Days” from 1974-1984.  Another fixture in the life of Steve Rixx as I grew up in the 70′s.  Mr. “C” passed away this morning at the age of 83, at his home in Palm Springs, California.

Both of these TV icons performed in many other television shows, and movies throughout the years, but those two characters will forever be ingrained in the American fabric.
